A family-owned dirt construction and site work company built on dependability and quality work.
H&W Services is family-owned, and we run the whole operation ourselves — from the pits to the trucks to the machine work. We own three pits in Foley and one in Atmore, and a fleet of dump trucks and equipment, so when you hire us you get one crew that can clear it, move it, grade it, and haul it.
We work for general contractors, builders, developers, homeowners, and municipalities — anything from a full commercial development down to a few loads of dirt for a yard. Big job or small, we show up when we say we will and we do it right.
What we want you to walk away with is simple: that you can call us, that we're dependable, and that we're the best at what we do.

I'm Brian LaCoste, and I've called Baldwin County home for more than 40 years. Growing up and raising my family here gave me a deep respect for the people — and for the kind of straight, honest work this community runs on. That's exactly what I set out to build with H&W Services.
The values I was raised on — hard work, honesty, respect, and helping people — are the ones I bring to every job, whether it's a full commercial site or a few loads of dirt for a neighbor's yard. I treat every customer the way I'd want my own family treated: I show up when I say I will, I do it right, and I stand behind it.
To me this business isn't just about the dirt we move — it's about the relationships we build and the trust we earn. There's nothing better than a customer knowing they can pick up the phone, call us, and count on us to get the job done. I look forward to serving Baldwin and Escambia County for years to come.
